Blades manufactured using Vollmer Stellite tippers and high precision flood cooled sharpening machines to our specially designed tooth & gullet profile.

Combined with the mechanical properties of the Steel enables extended running , less cracking & minimal or no tensioning between tipping.

Test have shown 16-30 hours cutting without loss of accuracy or cracking.

It is possible to grind stellite 10-20 times before the stellite is worn down.
